Title
Motor vehicles, mandatory liability insurance, registration reinstatement fees and proof of insurance, payment to circuit clerk or Administrative Office of Courts, distrib., Sec. 32-7A-9 am'd.
Description

Under existing law, when a vehicle owner's motor vehicle registration has been suspended for violation of Section 32-7A-4, Code of Alabama 1975, the vehicle owner can either pay the reinstatement fee to the Department of Revenue or the vehicle owner's county license plate issuing official.
