This bill amends Act 2010-553 in order to reduce the absolute appropriation from the State General Fund to the Alabama Department of Corrections in the amount of $6,331,271 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2011; makes a supplemental appropriation from the DOC Miscellaneous and Federal Funds (Bonus), Estimated to the Alabama Department of Corrections in the amount of $54,965,407 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2011; a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund to the Alabama Medicaid Agency in the amount of $125,615,631 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2011; a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund to the Alabama Department of Senior Services in the amount of $527,348 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2011; a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund to the Alabama Department of Human Resources in the amount of $1,423,711 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2011; a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund to the Department of Mental Health in the amount of $6,620,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2011; a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund to the Alabama Department of Public Health in the amount of $12,798,452 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2011; a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund to the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services in the amount of $392,402 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2011; a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund to the Alabama Department of Youth Services in the amount of $219,304 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2011; a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund to the Alabama Board of Pardons and Paroles in the amount of $7,844,462 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2011; a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund to the Alabama Ethics Commission in the amount of $376,537 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2011; a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund to the Office of the State Auditor in the amount of $159,002 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2011; a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund to the State Military Department in the amount of $993,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2011; and a supplemental appropriation from the State General Fund to the Departmental Emergency Fund in the amount of $5,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2011.
