This bill amends Section 32-2-84, Code of Alabama 1975, to provide that funds transferred from the Public Road and Bridge Fund of the Department of Transportation to the Department of Public Safety pursuant to Act 91-797 may be expended for the operations of the Department of Public Safety for fiscal years ending September 30, 2012, 2013, and 2014.
