Under existing law, the Board of Directors of the State Industrial Development Authority is comprised of the Director of the Alabama Development Advisory Board, the Commissioner of Revenue, and the Director of Finance.
This bill would add the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, or his or her designee, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, or his or her designee, as members of the State Industrial Development Authority.
