Title

Description

This bill would clarify the existence of the Alabama Fire College as an independent institution of postsecondary education operated under the supervision and control of the Alabama Firefighters' Personnel Standards and Education Commission.

This bill would revise the membership and duties of the commission and would establish a Joint Legislative Oversight Committee of the Alabama Firefighters' Personnel Standards and Education Commission.
