Counties, Twenty-fourth Judicial Circuit (Fayette, Lamar, and Pickens), investigators for district attorneys to receive badge and pistol at D.A.'s discretion and to be hired pursuant to general law, Act 88-324, 1988 Reg. Sess., repealed
Description
Relating to Fayette, Lamar, and Pickens Counties; to provide that any person employed as an investigator by the Twenty-fourth Judicial Circuit who serves for 10 years or more and leaves the office in good standing shall receive, at the district attorney's discretion, his or her service pistol and badge; to provide that investigators for the District Attorney of the Twenty-fourth Judicial Circuit shall be hired pursuant to law; and to repeal Act 88-324 of the 1988 Regular Session (Acts 1988, p. 492).
