Description
Relating to Mobile County; to establish the solicitor's fund as a separate fund under the direction and control of the District Attorney of the Thirtieth Judicial Circuit; to provide for the deposit into the fund of all fees taxed as solicitor's fees; to authorize the district attorney to expend the fees in the fund; and to repeal Act 100, 1955 Regular Session (Acts 1955, p. 344) creating a solicitor's fund and authorizing expenditure of the fees and in the fund upon requisition on the county treasury.
