Title
Foundation Program and Postsecondary Education, supplemental appropriation
Description
This bill makes a supplemental appropriation from the Education Trust Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2012, and provides that the appropriation shall not revert or lapse but shall be distributed as provided in this act
To make a supplemental appropriation for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2012, contingent upon certain funds being available as of the end of the fiscal year and to provide that the appropriations shall not revert or lapse.
