Description

This bill would require the State Employees' Insurance Board and the Public Education Employees' Health Insurance Board to submit reports of the number of employees and their dependents enrolled in the State Employees' Health Insurance Plan and the Public Education Employees' Health Insurance Plan and would provide for reporting dates.

Relating to health insurance; to require the State Employees' Insurance Board (SEIB) and the Public Education Employees' Health Insurance Board to submit reports on the number of employees and their dependents enrolled in the State Employees' Health Insurance Plan and the Public Education Employees' Health Insurance Plan (PEEHIP); and to provide for reporting dates.
