Description
<p class="bill_description"> This bill would allow state and local public
entities to donate funds, property, equipment, or
other things of value to organized search, air, and
rescue squads</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> To amend Section 9-3-18, Code of Alabama 1975, as
last amended by Act 2012-555 of the 2012 Regular Session,
relating to the donation of funds, equipment, property, and
things of value by state and local governmental entities; to
specifically authorize such donations to organized volunteer
search, air, and rescue squads.
