Description
Relating to the City of Anniston, Alabama; authorizing the sale of alcoholic beverages within the city limits each day of the week by properly licensed clubs and retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board and to provide for the off-premises sale of alcoholic beverages; to authorize the governing body of the city to regulate the selling of alcoholic beverages to the general public by properly licensed retailers.
