This bill would propose an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, relating to Mobile County, to authorize the Legislature by local law to levy an additional ad valorem tax on real property in the unincorporated area of the county included in county commission district one on the date of the ratification of this amendment to be distributed to qualified volunteer fire departments
