Description
<p class="bill_description"> Under existing law, the Division of
Purchasing is authorized to charge a biannual
registration fee to vendors desiring to register
with the division to receive invitations-to-bid for
any goods or services solicited by the division</p><p class="bill_description">
This bill would remove the authorization
