<p class="bill_description"> This bill would require the State Department of Finance to develop and maintain an automated inventory of all facilities and lands owned, leased, rented, or otherwise occupied or maintained by any agency of the state or by the judicial branch</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to the State Department of Finance; to require the department to develop and maintain an automated inventory of all facilities and lands owned, leased, rented, or otherwise occupied or maintained by any agency of the state or by the judicial branch; to provide for certain exceptions; and to provide for updates. </p>
