Title
Chilton Co., sales tax, add'l authorized by co. commission for hospital, referendum
Description
<p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to Chilton County; to levy an additional
one cent sales tax which shall be used exclusively for the
construction, maintenance, and operation of a hospital in
Chilton County; to provide for an expiration date for the tax;
and to provide for a referendum and subsequent referendums.
