Description
Relating to Bibb County; to amend Act 2013-407, 2013 Regular Session, now appearing as Section 45-4-235, Code of Alabama 1975, to provide further for the operation of the jail store; to authorize the county commission at the request of the sheriff to contract with a provider to supply and operate the jail store; and to remove a provision that the funds generated be earmarked to fund certain salary increases.
