General Retirement System for Employees of Jefferson County;
to amend Section 2, Article II, 2.2 of Act 2013-415, 2013
Regular Session (Acts 2013, p. 1586); to require that Member
Number Four of the Pension Board be a retired member of the
General Retirement System for Employees of Jefferson County.
