Description
<p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to Washington County; to amend Section 2 of
Act 95-220 of the 1995 Regular Session (Acts 1995, p. 384),
providing for the assessment of an additional fee on all
documents submitted for recording in the office of the judge
of probate which are subject to a deed or mortgage tax; to
create the Washington County Probate Judge Fund; and to
further provide for the disposition of fees.
