Description
Relating to Shelby County; to provide for a booking and administration fee to be assessed as court costs in certain cases in which the defendant is booked or incarcerated in the Shelby County Jail if the defendant is convicted or pleads guilty in the circuit court or district court of the county or in a municipal court of any municipality located entirely or in part in the county; and to provide for the distribution of revenue from the fee.
