Description
<p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to the City of Millbrook in Elmore and
Autauga Counties; to authorize the city council to regulate
and permit the sale of alcoholic beverages on Sundays under
certain conditions by retail licensees of the Alcoholic
Beverage Control Board; and to authorize the city council to
provide for the sale of draft beer, with certain exceptions,
by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.
