Title

Hunting, waterfowl stamps, lifetime, cost-of-living adjustment in fee, Sec. 9-11-433 am'd.

Description

Under existing law, each waterfowl season a person must purchase an annual stamp from the judge of probate or another agent authorized by the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources in order to hunt waterfowl. There is no provision in current law for the issuance of a lifetime waterfowl stamp.

This bill would provide for the department to issue a lifetime waterfowl stamp and establishes the fees for a lifetime stamp. The bill would also authorize cost-of-living adjustments for the lifetime fees.
