Title
Colleges and universities, University of North Alabama, Board of Trustees, authorized to establish and modify benefits for instructors and other officers, Sec. 16-51-6 am'd.
Description
<p class="bill_description"> Under existing law, the Board of Trustees of
the University of North Alabama is authorized to
fix the salaries or compensation of instructors and
other officers of the university</p><p class="bill_description">
This bill also would authorize the board to
establish and modify benefits for the instructors
and other officers</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to the University of North Alabama; to
amend Section 16-51-6 of the Code of Alabama 1975, to
authorize the Board of Trustees to establish and modify
benefits for instructors and other officers of the university.
