This bill would propose a local constitutional amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, relating to Baldwin County, to authorize the Legislature by general or local law to provide for the incorporation of a toll road and bridge authority as a public corporation in the county for the construction and operation of toll roads and bridges in the county and to authorize the authority to issue revenue bonds to finance the projects.
