Description

This bill would propose to repeal Amendment 710 to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, now appearing as Section 1, Local Amendments, Lamar County, Official Recompilation of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, as amended, which authorizes the collection of court costs for the operation and maintenance of a canine unit in the office of the sheriff, and to ratify and confirm any actions taken or payments made pursuant to that amendment.
