Description
Relating to the 24th Judicial Circuit comprised of Fayette, Lamar, and Pickens Counties; to repeal Section 45-29-80.01 of the Code of Alabama 1975, which provides an expense allowance of $500 per month from the district attorney's fund to be paid to the presiding circuit court judge; and to provide for a payment of $500 per month from the district attorney's fund to the Judicial Administration Fund.
