- Description
Existing law provides for a professional firefighter distinctive license plate.
This bill would provide for an additional annual fee of five dollars ($5) for the issuance of distinctive firefighter motor vehicle license plates. This bill would provide that the fee would be deposited into a fund managed by the Alabama Firefighter Annuity and Benefit Fund and used for the purpose of investing for the growth of the fund to enhance benefits.
