Description
<p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> To amend Section 34-30-57, Code of Alabama 1975,
relating to the duties of the Alabama Board of Social Work
Examiners; to authorize the board to charge and collect fees
for verifying the existence of a current license, reactivating
an inactive license, reinstating a lapsed license, making
application to act as a continuing education provider, and
registering a supervisor; to provide for exemptions; and to
make technical corrections to reflect changes in license
names.
