Title
Shelby Co., Property Tax Commissioner, salary, Act 2006-240, 2006 Reg. Sess., repealed
Description
Relating to Shelby County; to further provide for the salary of the Shelby County Property Tax Commissioner by converting an existing expense allowance to salary commencing on the next term of office; to specify that the property tax commissioner would continue to receive the same cost-of-living increases granted to other county officials and to ratify and confirm any cost-of-living increases granted prior to the effective date of this act; and to repeal Act 2006-240 of the 2006 Regular Session effective beginning the next term of office of the property tax commissioner.
