- Public institutions of higher education, annual reports of funding received from foreign countries of concern required, exceptions provided
- Description
This bill would require the governing body of each public institution of higher education to provide annual reports to the Governor and certain legislators regarding funding received from foreign countries of concern and certain entities and individuals associated with those countries.
This bill would also define foreign countries of concern to mean the People's Republic of China, the Russian Federation, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the Republic of Cuba, the Venezuelan regime of Nicolás Maduro, and the Syrian Arab Republic.
