Title
District Attorneys; absolute immunity established; duties further provided for
Description

This bill would allow a district attorney, assistant district attorney, deputy district attorney, retired district attorney, and supernumerary district attorney to advise law enforcement on any matter of criminal procedure, civil procedure, criminal charges, criminal investigation, or any matters of law.

This bill would also provide a district attorney, assistant district attorney, deputy district attorney, and supernumerary district attorney with absolute immunity in the performance of his or her duties.
