- Description
Under existing law, any person who solicits or aids in the disposition or attempted disposition of a uniform traffic ticket and complaint in any unauthorized manner is subject to the criminal contempt power of the court.
This bill would provide that this provision does not apply to the law enforcement officer who issued the uniform traffic ticket and complaint.
