HB211 would expand the City of Loxley's boundaries by annexing 101.12 acres (more or less) from the Bertolla Property Legislative Annexation Area 1 into the city's corporate limits, effective October 1, 2026.
If passed, the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Loxley would be altered to include the Bertolla Property Annexation Area 1, adding about 101.12 acres. The annexed land would become part of Loxley and would be governed by the city's laws and services. A map showing the proposed territory will be on file for public inspection in the Baldwin County Judge of Probate's office. The act would take effect on October 1, 2026.
