Description: This bill provides for the establishment of the Alabama Charter School Finance Authority which shall have the authority to issue bonds to provide funds to make financing loans to public state charter educational institutions.
This bill further provides that such public state charter educational institutions shall secure the payment of such financing loans from a dedicated source of revenue.
