Philip Busby

Mr. Busby has been a lifelong resident of Shelby County, growing up in Pelham, Al. Philip graduated from Shelby Academy in 1994. After graduating, he earned a baseball scholarship to Central Alabama Community College in Alexander City, Al. He graduated with an Associate of Science degree in 1996. He earned an academic and baseball scholarship to the University of Montevallo. He graduated in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.

Philip and his wife Stephanie have been married for 19 years and have lived in Calera for 17 years. They have three children, Lane (16), Brooke (13), and Tucker (13).
