Title
Voter registration list, statewide computerized list required to be furnished without charge to each political party after each state and county election, electronic transmission authorized, Sec. 17-4-33 am'd. (2010-20502)
Description

Under existing law, the Secretary of State provides a computerized statewide voter registration list which complies with certain requirements.

This bill would further provide for the requirement that the list be provided to each political party and allow the list to be transmitted electronically.

To amend Section 17-4-33, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the computerized statewide voter registration list, to further provide for the requirement that the list be provided to each political party and allow the list to be transmitted electronically.
