Title
Attorney General, opinions, distribution of electronic copies by e-mail in lieu of paper copies, posting on Internet required, Sec. 36-15-1 am'd.
Description

Under existing law, the Attorney General is required to print and distribute paper copies of his or her opinions every three months.

This bill would eliminate the requirement that the Attorney General distribute paper copies of his or her opinions and would require the Attorney General to post on the Internet and, upon the request of any public official, to e-mail electronic copies of his or her official opinions.
