Contracts, no-bid contracts prohibited, exceptions, penalties
Description

Currently, there is no provision in state law which absolutely prohibits no-bid contracts

This bill would prohibit no-bid contracts, but provide an exception for personal service contracts less than $100,000, and provide an exception for emergency situations

Relating to no-bid contracts, to prohibit no-bid contracts, and to make exceptions for declared emergencies and for personal service contracts.
