Under existing law, salvia divinorum and Salvinorin A are not listed as controlled substances

This bill would list salvia divinorum and Salvinorin A as Schedule I controlled substances

To amend Section 20-2-23 of the Code of Alabama 1975, relating to Schedule I controlled substances, to list salvia divinorum and Salvinorin A.
