Description

Currently, the Board of Registrars of DeKalb County may meet a maximum of 167 days each fiscal year

This bill would increase the maximum days that the board may meet to 207 days

To amend Section 17-3-8, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the meeting days of boards of registrars, to allow the DeKalb County Board of Registrars to meet 207 days each fiscal year.
