Teachers, recertification not required when teachers having taught for certain number of years leave employment and then are reemployed
Description

This bill would provide that any teacher who has taught for a period of 30 years or more and who leaves employment as a teacher does not need to be recertified when the teacher is reemployed as a teacher

To provide that any teacher who has taught for a period of 30 years or more and who leaves employment as a teacher does not need to be recertified when the teacher is reemployed as a teacher.
