Title: Industrial Development Authority, Director of Alabama Development Office substituted as a member for Director of Industrial Development Advisory Board, Secs. 41-10-22, 41-10-25 am'd.
Description: Under existing law, the Director of the Alabama Industrial Development Advisory Board, the Commissioner of Revenue, and the Director of Finance were authorized to form the State Industrial Development Authority. The Alabama Development Office now performs the duties of the Alabama Industrial Development Advisory Board related to the authority.
This bill would substitute the Director of the Alabama Development Office as a member of the State Industrial Development Authority in the place of the Director of the Alabama Industrial Development Advisory Board.
