Description

This bill would allow local boards of education to redirect Other Current Expense funds for the current fiscal year designated for pass-through calculations for the Child Nutrition Programs in the annual Education Trust Fund appropriations act for fiscal year ending September 30, 2011 for other uses upon approval of the State School Superintendent.
