- Description
Under existing federal requirements public companies with more than $10 million in assets and a class of equity securities held by more than 500 owners must file a Form 10-K annual report with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that gives a comprehensive summary of the public company's performance.
This bill would require public companies that file a Form 10-K annual report with the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and which operate in Alabama to file a Form 10-K annual report with the Department of Revenue specific to its business in Alabama.
