Randolph County fixes the pistol permit issuance fee at $20, to be collected by the county sheriff, for carrying a pistol in a vehicle or concealed on the person.
The bill amends Act 89-446 of 1989 to set the permit issuance fee in Randolph County at $20. The fee is for permits to carry a pistol in a vehicle or concealed on the person as described in Section 13A-11-75, and it is collected by the Randolph County sheriff. The act becomes law on the first day of the third month after it passes and the governor signs it (or once it otherwise becomes law).
