It amends Act 2007-306 to specify the distribution of the solicitor's fee for juvenile, traffic, criminal, and quasi-criminal cases in Shelby County's Eighteenth Judicial Circuit. Three dollars per case goes to the appropriate court clerk's fund (circuit or municipal); the remainder goes to the Solicitor's Fund or District Attorney's Fund. The fee must be at least as large as the docket fees that go to the Fair Trial Tax Fund for criminal cases. The act becomes law on the first day of the third month after approval by the Governor.
