- Description
This bill would amend the Prosthetics and Orthotics Act to redefine certain terms, to further provide for certain requirements for application for licensure or registration, to update the duties of the Alabama State Board of Prosthetists and Orthotists, and to authorize the maximum fees provided for to be exceeded when a late renewal fee is authorized or imposed by the board.
