Description
Under existing law, the University of Montevallo owns certain real property, a portion of which is federally granted and restricted as to disposition
This bill would authorize the university to budget and use the proceeds from the sale of nonfederally granted lands for the benefit of the university
To amend Section 16-54-17, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the University of Montevallo; to provide for the disposition of funds derived from the sale of nonfederally granted lands of the university.
