This bill would allow the Board of Trustees of Jacksonville State University to participate in meetings by telephone conference or video conference if notice of the meetings is given pursuant to the Open Meetings Act and the members of the public are given the opportunity to simultaneously listen to or observe such meetings

Relating to the Jacksonville State University Board of Trustees; to allow the board of trustees to participate in meetings by telephone conference or video conference if notice of the meetings is given pursuant to the Open Meetings Act and the members of the public are given the opportunity to simultaneously listen to or observe such meetings.
