- Title
- General Fund, transfer of funds from numerous funds of various agencies, departments, etc. for fiscal year ending September 30, 2013
- Description
There are currently several funds in the state accounting system which support specific functions of government. The state general fund, which is appropriated for the Executive, Legislative and Judicial functions of the state, does not receive a portion of some of these funds in order to help offset the costs of providing services such as accounting, auditing, budgeting, and legal services. This bill will authorize the transfer of certain funds into the State General Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013.
