Description

Under existing law, the Board of Trustees of Troy University may establish a quorum in person or through electronic communications and no more than two members may participate in a meeting pursuant to electronic communications.

This bill would allow standing committees of the board that only make recommendations to the board to meet pursuant to electronic communications.
